投服中心概况

　　中证中小投资者服务中心有限责任公司（CHINA SECURITIES INVESTOR SERVICES CENTER，缩写ISC），简称投服中心，是经中国证监会批准设立并直接管理的证券金融类公益机构，于2014年12月5日在上海注册成立。

　　宗旨

　　以投资者需求为导向，扩充投资者知权渠道，丰富投资者行权方式，完善投资者赔偿救济维权手段，切实维护投资者的合法权益。

　　职责

　　（一）面向投资者开展公益性宣传和教育；

　　（二）公益性持有证券等品种，依法以投资者身份自行或联合其他投资者共同行权。根据《证券法》第九十条规定公开征集股东权利；

　　（三）提供调解、损失计算等纠纷解决服务；

　　（四）开展支持诉讼、股东直接诉讼及派生诉讼，参加代表人诉讼等诉讼维权工作；

　　（五）中国投资者网站的建设、管理和运行维护；

　　（六）调查、监测投资者意愿和诉求，开展战略研究与规划； 

　　（七）代表投资者，向政府机构、监管部门反映诉求；

　　（八） 中国证监会委托的其他业务。

　　Founded on December 5, 2014, China Securities Investor Services Center (ISC) is a non-profit financial institution and is under the direct administration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

　　The major responsibilities of ISC include: not-for-profit publicity and education for individual investors; not-for-profit holding of securities, to exercise shareholders’ legitimate rights; providing mediation and settlement services as entrusted by individual investors; operating Chinese Investor Website (www.investor.gov.cn) on behalf of CSRC; investigating and monitoring investors’ needs and demands, and carrying out strategic research and planning; speaking to the government and regulatory authorities on behalf of investors; other businesses authorized by the CSRC.
